Workflow
My workflow as a graphic designer goes through several key stages to ensure the creation of a successful final product. Below, I provide a brief explanation of each of these stages:
Explore
I immerse myself in the project to understand the client's or project's needs and objectives. I conduct thorough research on the brand, market, audience, and competition to gain a clear understanding of the context in which we'll be working.
Idea
Based on the information gathered during the exploration stage, I start brainstorming creative concepts. This is where various design ideas and approaches are generated, which will later be evaluated and selected for further development.
Design
With the most solid ideas in mind, I begin to visually shape them. I work on creating sketches or prototypes, depending on the type of project. This stage involves choosing colors, typography, images, and other visual elements that will define the style and identity of the design.
Development
Once a design has been selected and feedback/approvals have been received, I move on to the development stage. Here, the conceptual design is translated into a tangible and functional version. For instance, if it's a web design, coding and front-end development are carried out.
Test
Before releasing the design to the public or delivering it to the client, it's crucial to subject it to testing. In this phase, we identify and rectify errors, verify functionality, and ensure that the design adapts correctly to various devices and browsers.
Launch
When it's time for the launch, the design is published, printed, or used according to the project's purpose. During the launch, I can monitor how the design is received, make final adjustments if necessary, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
