Marcela has been practicing as a CPA for over 30 years. Graduating first in class from UTPA (now UTRGV) with a bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) in Accounting in 1993, Marcela has spent her professional life in public accounting. Specializing in small-to-medium size businesses and individuals, both domestic and foreign, Marcela’s experience as a CPA has brought her in contact with a wide range of industries – from real estate to produce, from construction to retail, from restaurants to manufacturing. Her significant experience and reputation for excellence have garnered clients from around the world

At Arredondo & Cabriales, whether it’s working on a substantial tax plan for an international company or reviewing a client’s Form 1040, Marcela brings the same level of care and attention-to-detail to each client.
Marcela also serves as a board member for Foundation Neme, Inc., a 501(c)(3) that operates in Cameroon for improving the education and health outcomes for children and the public. Marcela is also an active real estate investor and construction company owner, through her companies The Tempo Group, LTD and Alba Development, LTD.
